We work with a curated network of trusted suppliers based in both the United States and internationally. Your order may ship from multiple locations depending on the product.
Will my order come in one package?
Not always. Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take 1–5 business days to process before they ship. Delivery time estimates are below:
- Lifestyle & Made-to-Order Items (Tees, Tumblers, Custom Merch): Flat-rate shipping applies at checkout. Processing time is 2–5 business days, with delivery in 7–14 business days depending on location.
- Seoul Glow – K-Beauty Collection (Ships from South Korea):
- Economy Shipping: 10–20 business days (excluding weekends; allow for customs or carrier delays)
- Express Shipping: 6–10 business days (excluding weekends; allow for customs or carrier delays; duties included for most orders up to $100)
- DIY Beauty Kits & Select Supplies: Many ready-to-ship items include free standard shipping with delivery in 8–15 business days (excluding weekends; allow for customs or carrier delays).
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed once each item ships. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate emails.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Many DIY kits and select supplies include free standard shipping. We also run limited-time promotions where shipping may be included. Please check individual product pages for current offers.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All items in our shop are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes:
- Apparel, tumblers, mugs, and art tees
- DIY kits and beauty tools
- Professional supplies for artists
- Seoul Glow K-Beauty items
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Wrong size, color, or style preference
- Buyer’s remorse
- Shipping delays
- Minor color or print variations
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (unfiltered)
- A short explanation of what happened
We’ll review your request and let you know if a replacement or store credit is approved. Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility. Requests submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not be accepted.

Our Seoul Glow collection features authentic Korean skincare curated from premium suppliers in Seoul, South Korea. These products ship directly from our Korean fulfillment partner.
Due to international fulfillment and hygienic safety, all Seoul Glow items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
Shipping options include:
- Economy Shipping (10–20 business days)
- Express Shipping (6–10 business days)

- Processing & Customs: Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays may extend shipping beyond the stated timeframe.
- Changes & Cancellations: Once an order enters processing, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations — please double-check your order at checkout.
- Shipping Addresses: Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address (entered at checkout) that return to sender will require reshipment costs covered by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If an order is marked delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Kiss Me Vegas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Colors & Prints: Slight variations in color, placement, or print quality can occur due to screens and printing methods. These are not considered defects.
- Hygiene & Safety: For hygienic and safety reasons, all beauty products, tools, and skincare are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
